Custom Muffler & Brakes respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you contact the shop or request an appointment, and how we use it.

Information we collect
When you submit an appointment request we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle details, requested service, preferred date and time, and any message you include. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and perform service, to contact you about your vehicle, and to keep a record of the work we have done. We do not sell your information.
Text messages and mobile opt-in
Text-message consent is always optional and is never a condition of purchase. We ask for two separate opt-ins so you can choose either, both, or neither:
- Service-related (transactional) texts: appointment confirmations, reminders, vehicle-status updates, and estimate follow-ups.
- Marketing texts: promotional offers, service reminders, review requests, and holiday specials.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also call the shop to be removed.
Mobile opt-in information and your text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. We do use service providers — such as our scheduling and messaging platforms — to send and process these communications on our behalf, and they may only use the information to provide that service to us.
Retention and questions
