Custom Muffler & Brakes is operated by Mycarfixers, Inc.
Appointment requests
Booking online with Custom Muffler & Brakes lets you request a preferred service time and the shop will follow up to confirm availability. Submitting a request form instead sends a service request that our team follows up on during shop hours (Mon–Fri · 8 AM – 6 PM · Sat · 8 AM – 3 PM).
Estimates and approval
You'll know the cost before we touch a wrench. No work beyond the approved estimate is performed without your authorization.
Warranty
Our warranty is 1 year or 12,000 miles on most repairs, whichever comes first, on parts and labor performed at our shop. Coverage does not apply to every repair — ask us what applies to your specific job. Damage from abuse, collision, or work performed elsewhere is not covered.
Text messaging
Text-message consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase. Service-related (transactional) texts — appointment confirmations, reminders, vehicle-status updates, and estimate follow-ups — and marketing texts — promotional offers, service reminders, review requests, and holiday specials — are consented to separately. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing; service providers may process these messages on our behalf.
